Adjusting the print position on Open C20 gun

To adjust the print position on an Open C20, please follow the following steps:

Step 1: Remove the labels so the screw is exposed.

Step 2: Loosen the screw slightly (half of 1 turn), do not loosen completely, you don’t want to lose the screw! 

Step 3: Once the screw is loosened, the guide plate below the screw will be able to slide up or down.

Step 4: Adjust the position of the guide plate and tighten the screw. 

Step 5: You may have to repeat the process a few times to get the label printing into the correct position.
