  1. Our products undergo strict quality inspections before they are dispatched
     
  2. We take all necessary precautions to ensure that our products will arrive to your premise in good condition
     
  3. In the odd case that they are damaged in transit, we will replace the product at our own expense
     
  4. All Grey Meto guns come with a two year manufacturer's warranty
     
  5. All Red Meto guns come with a one year warranty
     
  6. All Jolly guns come with a 90 day manufacturer's warranty
     
  7. Labels come with the following manufacturer's guarantee:
        a) Permanent and freezer grade adhesive labels - 2 years from date of manufacture.
        b) Removable adhesive labels - 1 year from date of manufacture
     
  8. If your premises are within the metropolitan cities of Australia, small to medium sized stock line orders will usually be delivered within three business days1; large orders and delivery to regional areas may take slightly longer1
     
  9. If you order a stock line product, but there are delays in the supply chain and we cannot deliver it within the above timelines, we will notify you within 24 hours and a full refund will be offered.
